The Ag. Chief Political Commissar, ACP Hilary Kulayige, this afternoon addressed students of Kololo High School in Kampala on discipline.

The CPC, was accompanied by a team from Youth Intergrated Development Organisation, a local based NGO, when he advised the students to avoid drugs in a bid to fight against criminality in schools. 

ACP Kulayige urged them to concentrate on academics, avoid bad peer groups, and involvement in early sexual relations.
