Outgoing Commander, UPDF Land Forces – Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba has reached over 400 million twitterers in under 24 hours.

This is according to data/research by a digital enthusiast, John B. Babirukamu.

The whole of Monday, Gen. Muhoozi’s account was on fire, thanks to his witty tweets.

According to Babirukamu, the now 4-star General (following his Tuesday promotion to a full General), is “officially Uganda’s biggest influencer.”

“Dude sparked 124, 000 tweets today (Monday) along with 406 million impressions (Times a user/Muhoozi is served a Tweet in timeline or search results)across Uganda, Kenya and beyond. If that is not Marshalling Twitter, I don’t know what that is,” Babirukamu says.
