Flu & dry cough: Ministry of Health Speaks out as Museveni, Covid-19 task Force meet

The Ministry of Health Friday issued a statement in line with a wave of viral influenza circulating within the population.
The Ministry says the outbreak is characterized by runny nose, headache, intermittent fevers, dry cough and general body weakness.
The Ministry notes that there is no evidence of Covid-19 resurgence in the country.
In a tweet Friday, President Yoweri Museveni said “I met the COVID-19 National Task Force this afternoon and we discussed the Corona situation in the country.”
“I will update the country next week on the steps going forward.”
