D/ASP Charles Twiine has his eyes set on the Sheema North Member of Parliament seat ahead of next year’s general polls.
Twiine has reportedly gone missing since Wednesday morning, according to his family.
It is not clear if there is a connection between his political interest and the arrest.
However, we have learned that a powerful woman is behind Twiine and will contest under the Democratic Alliance Party ticket. The party is the formation of MP/Commissioner of Parliament Mathias Mpuuga.
Naome Kibaaju is the current MP for Sheema North.
