Three former KCCA officials, Dorothy Kisaka (former KCCA ED), Eng. David Luyimbazi (former Deputy Executive Director), and former Director of Public Health and Environment, Dr. Daniel Okello, have been detained at the CID headquarters in Kibuli.

The above have appeared at the CID headquarters today, October 16, 2024, and engaged with a team of investigators.

Arising from the ongoing prosecution-led investigation, Police Spokesman Kituuma Rusoke said “the three former officials of KCCA have been detained and will be arraigned before court.”
