President Yoweri Museveni has assigned Public Service Minister Muruli Mukasa to act as the Justice and Constitutional Affairs Minister.
This is going to be on top of Mukasa’s current job (Minister, Public Service).
Months later, Museveni is yet to appoint a substantive Justice Minister.
