A man in the Central district of Bukomansimbi has been lynched after he was found in a sexual act with a girl he picked from a Kwanjula ceremony on Saturday night.

The deceased has been identified as Paul Kibirige.

According to sources, there was a Kwanjula (marriage introduction) ceremony at the home of Joseph Musangi, the LCI Chairman of Katoma in Kibinge Sub County.

He was giving away his daughter identified as Nantale. However, in the night, Kibirige reportedly picked one of the girls and moved to a nearby bush for ‘enjoyments’.

He was nabbed pants down, mounting his opposite on bare ground.

Persons believed to be relatives of the girl, named Viola pounced on him, killing him on the spot.

Our source says that 3 of Kibirige’s killers have been arrested Vide Bukomansimbi CRB 051/2022.
