One of the assailants that carried out the attack on Sentry along Ambercourt road in Gaddafi Barracks where one soldier was killed and two SMG rifles stolen has been put out of action and two stolen guns recovered, army Spokesperson Brig. Gen. Felix Kulaigye has confirmed.

The one-star general doesn’t reveal circumstances under which the attacker was shot and guns recovered.

On November 17, 2022; unknown attackers made their way to the security facility, strangled and shot to death Sgt Simon Peter Eyagu while his colleague, L/Cpl Norico Kibirige had gone to buy some drinks.
