Three people have been confirmed dead and 11 injured following a helicopter crash in Baledogle, Lower Shabelle region of Somalia.
The helicopter was on a joint familiarization mission for casualty evacuation drills with the officers of Somalia National Army yesterday when the incident happened.
In a joint statement Sunday, the African Union and ATMIS say investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of crash.
