Highly Exclusive: IGP Ochola promotes 1, 300 officers

The Inspector General of Police – IGP – Martins Okoth Ochola has promoted 1, 300 non-gazetted officers, a well-placed source has confirmed.
The source says that the officers have been promoted from the ranks of Police Constable (PC) to Inspector of Police (IP).
