Ag. Director of Police’s Forensics, Mubiru, adds global certification to his wealthy cyber CV

The Ag. Director, Forensic Science in the Uganda Police Force, Andrew Mubiru, has been awarded a diploma in Cyber diplomacy by the Estonian e-Governance Academy.
The e-Governance Academy is a non-profit foundation that assists public sector institutions worldwide in digital transformation.
Mubiru is no stranger in the cyber space.
He holds a Masters in Forensic Science (2007-2008) from the prestigious Kings College, London.
Mubiru also boasts of a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Science obtained from Uganda Management Institute between 2011 and 2012.
Between 2000 and 2003, Makerere University conferred upon him a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Industrial Chemistry.
