A pat on the back: Police’s Director of Crime Intelligence, AIGP Christopher Damulira, has been awarded the Exemplary Order Service Class 2 medal, the second highest medal for police.
This was at the 61st celebration of Uganda’s independence.
The ceremony ran under the theme “Sustaining a United and Progressive Nation: Taking Charge of Our Future as a Free Nation”.
The medal awarded to AIGP Damulira is awarded to senior personalities in Police, Public Service and the community for the exemplary leadership, professionalism, commitment to service, and support rendered to Uganda Police.
In AIGP Damulira’s case, the award recognizes his exemplary performance in the police force in the last four years, during which he transformed the directorate and conducted many operations and other activities that have significantly contributed to the prevalence of peace in the country.
