News coming in right now is that the Divisional Community Liaison Officer – Central Police Station – Kampala – ASP Emmanuel Ssempijja has been arrested.

Deep throat sources say Ssempijja’s arrest is in connection with obtaining US$ 500 under false pretense.

By press time, Ssempijja was being detained at Railway Police Station.
