President and Commander in Chief – C-i-C of the UPDF has made changes in both Command and administration of the Forces.

Defence Spokesperson, Brig. Gen. Felix Kulayigye says in the changes, Maj Gen Don Williams Nabasa has been appointed 3 Infant Division Commander while Brig Gen James Kinalwa is appointed Chief of Passonnel and Administration.

The other changes, Brig. Gen. Kulayigye says are:

Brig Gen Eugene Ssenkumba Ssebugwawo who has been appointed head of Eational Emergency coordination centre (OPM) and Brig Gen William Beinomugisha’s appointment as Commandant, Military Police.

Brig. Gen. Kulayigye says Brig Gen Micheal Kabango appointed 4Inf Division Commander.

”The UPDF family congratulates the General officers and senior officers appointed to different positions of command and administration,” Brig. Gen. Kulayigye said.
