The business community in Kireka, Wakiso district, are smiling their way to the bank following the early arrival of members of the NRM in the area.
The NRM will this week hold a delegates conference from which party officials will be elected to lead the ruling party until 2030.
By Saturday, members of the special interest group had arrived for accreditation.
However, their arrival meant that accommodation, food, clothing, and alcohol were in high demand, with the business community making money from the situation.
The delegates are still in the greater Kampala Metropolitan Area, at least until the end of this week.
