MISSING: D/ASP Charles Twiine
D/ASP Charles Twiine has reportedly gone missing, his family says.
Twiine is said to have gone missing between Tuesday and Wednesday this week between Mbarara and Kampala.
He was reportedly headed to Mbarara for an assignment but did not settle there but returned for a meeting in Kampala.
His car is said to be parked at police headquarters in Kampala.
Twiine is the officer in charge of the investigation at Parliament.
His whereabouts remain unknown. Although his family is worried, the Speaker of Parliament Anita Among is said to be more worried. On top of his official duties, Twiine (as a close friend of the Speaker) was running some errands for the Bukedea Woman Member of Parliament.
