English top-flight club Manchester City will announce in the next 24 hours the signing of Divine Mukasa, 16, from West Ham United.
Mukasa, who is English by birth, was born to Laima Mukasa, an English native, and a Ugandan father, Sam Mukasa.
Renowned Italian sports journalist, Fabricio Romano said Wednesday night that:
