Under five years after being defeated in the 2021 parliamentary polls, a former Labour Member of Parliament could lose his new vehicle. 

Namara Twenda Advocates have put up the vehicle belonging to Usher Wilson Owere for sale. 

The vehicle has registration number UBF 359Z.

In a notice published in the media on Friday, Namara Twenda Advocates gave Owere 20 days after which the vehicle will be auctioned. 

It is not known how much the financial institutions demand from the former lawmaker. 

However, in a post on X, Owere said he only delayed by four days to pay the loan. 

“How Platinum Credit Pay Royal customers, for the last 3 years, I ihave been one of the best customers. @pcl_uganda  getting loan facilities using my log book without defaulting  but only 4days of delays  of payment this  how Platinum has paid me back appeal to you to be  careful Ptn,” reads Owere’s post (Verbatim) on X.
