An exclusive image show killed State Minister for Labour, Charles Okello-Engola, lay near his official car.

His bodyguard went on rampage Tuesday morning at his residence in Kyanja, killing him instantly.

The guard also turned the gun on himself, shooting self to death.

Several details remain scanty. However, by the time of filing this story, the Police were working on an official statement.
