“While on ideological tour of Ngora district, I lead my team to a random home in Atooti village, Atooti sub-county, to bring uniform to the community & listen to their perception about police. We had a meal, prayed together & I offered a bursary to their last born Chance,” AIGP Asan Kasingye tweeted Thursday evening.

Before the Covid-19 interruptions on schools, Chance Juliet Awujo, was in Primary Six (P6) at Atoot Primary School, a Universal Primary Education (UPE) school.

She is the daughter of Peter Okiror and Mary Amagoro of Atoot village, Atoot Sub County in Ngora district.

However, during a meeting of AIGP Kasingye and her parents, AIGP Kasingye asked that she be found a better school, on his bill.

AIGP Kasingye is the Chief Political Commissar (CPC), Uganda Police Force.
