Full List: Museveni’s ADC, 49 others get new UPDF ranks

The Uganda Peoples’ Defence Forces (UPDF) has released a list of 50 officers promoted to new ranks.
According to the list released Wednesday, four officers at the rank of colonel have been promoted to the rank of Brigadier General.
Others promoted include President Yoweri Museveni’s aide de camp (ADC), Robert Koch, who has been elevated from the rank of lieutenant colonel to the rank of colonel.
