In a recent visit to Uganda, Rwanda’s Paul Kagame reportedly showed discomfort with Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s tweet and offered to edit his account. This was during Muhoozi’s birthday dinner at State House, Entebbe.
In a twitter battle that started hours ago between the army officers, Maj Gen Mugisha Muntu edited Muhoozi thus:
Government Spokesperson and a teacher of English by profession, Ofwono Opondo, liked Muntu’s editing skills.
