The mother of Ofwono Opondo, the Executive Director and government spokesperson, has died.
Alice Owenjuye died at 2:30 a.m. at Mukono General Hospital.
Opondo said his mother had a “peaceful passing.”
Details will follow, Ofwono said early Monday morning.
