The Inspector General of Police (IGP) Martins Okoth Ochola has promoted 16 subordinate officers, an irrefutable source has confirmed.

The deep-throat source says the officers are at the rank of Corporal (CPL), and have been elevated to the ranks of Inspector (IP).

By the time of filing this story, the list was highly confidential to be published.
