Uganda Airlines Chief Executive Officer, Jennifer Bamuturaki, has assured Ugandans of her expertise in running the national carrier.
Bamuturaki and other top managers of the Airline were yesterday appearing before the Committee on Commissions, Statutory Authorities, and State Enterprises (COSASE) at Parliament.
Shortly after, she offered an interview to the media.
During the interview, Bamuturaki said: “I have what it takes to run this Airline and nobody can take that away from me.”
It is my gift, Bamuturaki said.
“I can do it and i will do it. Not alone, by the way, because i work with a team and that team in thee, combined, we have close to 100 years of experience (together) and all of us together have what it takes to run this Airline,” Bamuturaki said, “That’s why it hasn’t dropped out of the sky.”
