Lawyer Isaac semakadde is this morning expected to appear at the Criminal Investigations Directorate (CID) headquarters in Kibuli for statement recording.

A notice of summon shows that the ‘legal rebel’ will be questioned by D/ASP Henry Kayiza, the officer in chare of cyber crime at 10am.

According to the same notice, his summon is in relation to inquiries into alleged offensive communication against Justice Musa Ssekaana.
