PSG star Neymar is pushing hard to join Manchester United this summer.

Foot Mercato says Neymar wants to sign for United manager Erik ten Hag and has insisted to his management team he will only leave PSG for Old Trafford.

PSG are willing to accommodate Neymar after he faced a backlash from fans following a poor season at home and in Europe.

L’Equipe has reported United have held talks with PSG for the Brazil captain and negotiations are reaching an advanced stage.

Ten Hag has stated he is seeking more firepower this summer: “What we need besides Marcus Rashford is one extra player with scoring abilities.

“Whether it’s coming out of our own squad or we have to sign one.”
