The army chief in charge Land Forces, Lt. Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba has described opposition Democratic Party (DP) President General Norbert Mao as a Presidential material.

In a tweet on Thursday morning, Muhoozi tweeted: “My big brother @norbertmao is the most brilliant opposition leader in Uganda today. He has Presidential skills.”

The tweet has, however, resurrected ‘mole talk’ about Mao.

For some time now, DP members have accused Mao of being a mole and being in bed with the ruling party. As such, some senior members of the party have had to quit.
