NTV Uganda has hired Shamim Naiga from UBC TV.

Naiga comes in to replace Faridah Nakazibwe, who stepped aside from active journalism recently.

Naiga, a Multitasker, is able to report and anchor in Luganda.

She previously worked with Delta TV.

This is not the first time UBC is hiring from UBC.

Previously, NTV Uganda picked Lynd Ddne, Priscailla Nalwog, Solomon Sserwanja, Jackson Onyango and Wlter Mwesigye, from UBC TV.
