Blogger, Ibrahim Tusubira popularly known as Isma Olaxess is dead.

Olaxes has just been shot dead in Kyanja, near his home.

The police are yet to officially comment on the matter.

Days ago, Minister of State for Labour, Charles Okello Engola was shot dead in the same area.
