Former National Social Security Fund – NSSF – Managing Director – MD – Richard Byarugaba Monday made what appears to be his first ‘public’ appearance.

This was during a road run. Byarugaba was in the company of former Vision Group Managing Director – Robert Kabushenga.

“Two “retired” mates! @rkabushenga .. keep 🏃‍♂️ running 🏃‍♂️…” Byarugaba tweeted.

Early this year, Byarugaba was reportedly put under investigation over a number of issues which the proponents of the ‘probe talk’ said went wrong during the senior banker’s reign at the NSSF where he was as MD.
