A bodyguard of the Executive Director, National Planning Authority (NPA), has graduated as a Civil Engineer.

Isabirye Bakali graduated from the International University of East Africa (IUEA) in Kampala.

“I am happy to make his dream come true,” Dr. Muvawala, who is also the Prime Minister of Busoga Kingdom, said in a post on X.

Recently, the gateman of the National Unity Platform (NUP) Party President, Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine, grated from the Kampala International University (KIU) in Kampala with a diploma in Public Administration.
