Photos: How Seguku Mansion caved in, collapsed on neighbors building, and injured a child

On September 28, 2023, One Henry Akatuhurira accused Kyengera Town Council and the National Building Review Board of “failing us.
He posted pictures of a collapsed building, which he said caused both physical and emotional injuries to the neighbor.
“Kyengera Town Council and the National Building Review Board failed us. The pictures that precede this message are of my brother Eugene’s house in Seguku. Yes, the one whose roof has been bashed in by a retaining wall. The wall in question was poorly built by one Ismael Semakula. Eugene’s son was hospitalized, and he’s going through trauma.”
Semakula is said to have built the house without any approval.
