PM Nabbanja writes to MDAs on Museveni directive: Give printing deals to Vision Group, UPPC

Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja has writtern to all Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) of Government to give printing works to Vision Group and Uganda Printing and Publishing Coporation.
Nabbanja’s communication dated December 2, 2021 follows President Yoweri Museveni’s earlier directive dated September 28, 2021 in which he directed Nabbanja to implement his directive by ordering MDAs to give printing deals to Vision Group and UPPC on grounds that they have developed capacity overtime and invested over Shs 45 billion in high-end printing press.

In response to Museveni’s directive, Nabbanja has directed all MDAs to act accordingly.
“The purpose of this letter therefore is: 1. Communicate His Excellency the President’s directive
2. Direct you to implement the directive accordingly.”
