The police have deployed at Mukono hospital ahead of a planned demo.
The protest is said to have been organized by Municipality Member of Parliament, Betty Nambooze.
Sources say that Nambooze was expected this morning at the facility over alleged corruption.
Deputy Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson, Luke Owoyesigyire, says the deployment is aimed at averting any threats to peace and security in the area.
Owoyesigyire adds that the alleged corruption is before the police and that a probe is underway.
