Pr. Bugingo & Makula charged, to appear in court

The Criminal Investigations Directorate (CID) has charged Pastor Aloysius .Bugingo and his friend Suzan Makula to Court for entering a void marriage (Bigamy C/S 153 of PCA) & other counts.
CID Spokesperson Charles M. Twiine confirmed the matter.
He said the two have been served with criminal summons ordering them to appear before Entebbe Court on Friday 21st Jan 2022.
