A radio manager seen in a video assaulting his junior has been arrested vide CRB 094/2023.

The suspect has been identified as Nelson Twinamatsiko, 51, a manager of Kanungu FM. Findings show that on January 26, 2023; Twinamatsiko beat up his junior, Anita Tumuramye, after the latter demanded Shs 40, 000 business Commission.

After the assault, the matter was reported to police and all due processes taken care of.

Kampala Gazette has learnt that Twinamatsiko has been arrested.

“..Investigations were carried out and the suspect was summoned, appeared today morning (01/02/2023), his statement recorded and was detained pending court,” Regional Police Spokesperson Elly Maate says. “Case file completed and forwarded to RSA with charge sheet for further management.”
