RIP: Ongom
Shock and grief have engulfed family, friends, and colleagues of Inspector of Police (IP) Ongom Moses, an officer attached to the Directorate of Counter-Terrorism, who was found dead in his residence at Naguru Barracks.
The circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear and are currently under active investigation by police.
According to preliminary information, Ongom’s body was discovered in his uniport house within the barracks. Authorities were alerted, and the scene was secured to allow for forensic and procedural assessments.
His body has since been conveyed to Mulago City Mortuary, where a post-mortem examination will be conducted to establish the exact cause of death.
Police have not yet released an official statement detailing the possible cause or circumstances leading to the incident.
