Shocking plans for Asha Nabulo to grab Hajji Kafo’s house leaks, she vows to stay in the house till elections, as she denies dumping her hubby

Asha Nabulo Mafabi, the estranged wife of Hajji Mutwalibi Kafo, is reportedly set not to vacate Kafo’s house but instead grab it as her property after the general elections in 2026, a source intimated to this news publication.
In 2022, Asha and Hajji Kafo got married in a lavish wedding attended by the who-is-who in Uganda.
However, for the past six months, the marriage is reported to be no more after Asha confessed to her father, Hajji Lumolo, that she no longer loved her husband.
According to the source, there was a family meeting over the weekend in which her family members wanted to establish the truth about the escalating differences between herself and her husband.
Asha, who is the daughter of Hajji Sulaiman Mafabi Lumolo, the proprietor of Kampala Modernity Car, deports off Bugolobi and chairman of the NRM Party in Sironko district, is the current flag bearer for the Sironko district woman MP slot after losing to recently appointed state minister for Karamoja affairs Florence Nambozo Mayoga in the 2021 general elections.
It is evidenced that Asha Nabulo rejected her now-former husband, Hajji Kafo Mutwalibi, whom she had stayed with in the marriage for just one year. The rejection happened in the presence of her own biological father, Hajji Sulaiman Mafabi Lumolo, which he does not deny.
Following the denunciation of her husband in a failed marriage, Hajji Kafo reportedly sold the house in which Asha stays, located in Half London, Mbale City.
This was after several demands asking her to vacate the house, which she refused on the grounds that it was her matrimonial house that she could not just leave.
In what looked like a shocking twist of events, during a family meeting, Asha revealed that she had never rejected her man, Hajji Kafo, and vowed not to vacate her matrimonial home, a position she would consider after her elections in 2026.
“I have never denounced or rejected my husband, Kafo. I am still his wife and will not vacate; if he is tired of staying where he is, then he is welcome back home,” Asha asserted.
According to the source, she wants to grab the house after the 2026 general election. Should she win, she would use her political powers to disorganize Hajji Kafo, but if she loses the election, she would still use other possible means, such as court redress, to seek help to grab the house since it could be the only thing left to grab at that time.
However, this comes at a time after the two have not met for conjugal rights for over 10 months.
Meanwhile, information intercepted from Hajji Kafo’s secret box revealed that he sold the house and that a new occupant would soon carry out a forced eviction, throwing Asha out of the house.
The new owner, whom this media house could not easily disclose by press time, was seeking a court to grant him permission to go ahead with throwing the daughter of a tycoon outside the house.
Some political analysts say that the matter is purely political; however, a source close to Hajji Kafo reveals that there is no political vendetta, but the issues are marriage disagreements, which cannot affect Asha’s political career, and should she behave by peacefully vacating the house, then possibly no embarrassing action would take place.
