Kampala Metropolitan Police has granted bond to John Ssenfuma, a teacher accused of visiting his student’s home in Kampala for s3x.

Ssenfuma was arrested early this week in Kyebando.

A teacher in a Mityana school, Ssenfuma had received a s3x promise from his 15-year-old student.

During their WhatsApp Conversation, the girl’s Guardian grabbed the phone and continued the conversation and in the process laid a trap for Ssenfuma. Ssenfuma was arrested and detained Kanyanya Police Station.

Days after his arrest, Ssenfuma as been released on Police Bond on Thursday evening.

KMP Deputy Spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire explains that the State wants a “forensic report on the messages” between Ssenfuma and his student.

“That takes time and the Crime is not capital in nature. He benefited from Bond and we await to resubmit the file,” said Owoyesigyire.
