A senior person in the civil society space has died.
Richard Makumbi, who, at some point, was a board member of Action for Development (ACFODE) died last night.
In a statement Monday, ACFODE says there will be a funeral service at Makumbi’s home in Kamwokya and thereafter his body will be laid to rest in Semuto.
