Top NUP MPs endorse Nsamba’s Mak Guild bid

Top Executives of the largest opposition political party (by representation in Parliament), the National Unity Platform (NUP), have endorsed the Candidature of Vincent Lubega Nsamba.
Nsamba and many others are fighting to secure the students’ top seat, Guild President.
In a post on X on Friday afternoon, Entebbe Municipality Member of Parliament, Michael Kakembo said: “….Makerere University is lucky to have you as its forthcoming Guild President…”
Mathias Mpuuga (MP, Nyendo-Mukungwe) and Frank Kabuye (MP, Kassanda South) have all taken interest in Nsamba’s guild bid.
It is not clear, how many candidates this March’s race will attract, as the University gets ready to go to the polls on March 7, 2024.
