Trailer kills LDC student in Kampala
A student of the Law Development Centre – LDC has died in an accident at Kavule in Kampala.
The incident in which Jalia Nakiboneka died happened 2:30pm.
LDC authorities have confirmed the incident.
“It is a dark day at LDC! We regret to announce the death of our student, Nakiboneka Jalia of Lira Campus, which occurred today at 2:30 P.M in Makerere Kavule.”
According to the statement released Thursday afternoon, Nakiboneka “was crushed by a trailer truck while traveling on boda-boda.”
At the time of her death, Jalia was doing her Clerkship (Internship).
