VIDEO: I’m alive: Amb. Acheng, friends blast to Celine Dion’s song over drinks, eats

“All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy” could be one of those proverbs Ambassador Joy Ruth Acheng resonates with so well.
The proverb translates that “if a person does not take time off from work, they will become both bored and boring.”
For some time now, Uganda’s ambassador to Canada, Acheng, has been in the news. This follows a confrontation she had with Uganda’s National Unity Platform (NUP) supporters in Canada.
A 49-second video shot in an aircraft-like space shows Amb. Acheng and three other friends over eats and drinks, blasting away to Celine Dion’s “I Am Alive.”
