Woman filmed brutally beating minor arrested
A woman seen in a short video brutally assaulting a minor has been arrested.
Sources say that Dorothy Nabulime, 22; a mother of three and a resident of Busulwa, Wobulenzi in Luweero district was arrested after the said video emerged on social media.
It also came to light that the child seen in the video is Nabulime’s daughter aged two years.
By press time, Nabulime was still being held at the Central Police Station, Luwero Vide SD Ref: 06/03/09/2022.
