Rakai District Planner has been arrested for infected his daughter with HIV/AIDS.

The suspect has been identified as David Mutebi.

While the Police are yet to confirm the arrest, Daily Monitor reporter in charge of the Rakai area, Gertrude Mutyaba, says that Mutebi’s wife alleges that her husband intentionally infected their daughter when he cut his fingers several times and “put into the mouth of his 10 months old baby for her to taste the blood.”
