It is interesting to see how people can easily get swayed…….. There are 4 SCENARIOS; but will give 3:
FIRSTLY: So Mao declares that he is relinquishing the DP Presidency and elections for DP leadership will be help in due course. In the mealtime, he is negotiating a new pact with NRM-O which will look at a MERGER of the two Parties; NRM&DP. And that details will emerge later…so he now passes as part of NRM….
SECONDLY, do a my Bety Kamya thing..; remember when Betty abandoned her party Presidency, the UGANDA FEDERAL ALLIANCE…and became minister for Kla? In fact Betty declared: “Ours is not a Political Party, it is an Ideology”(ofcse it was a registered political party with EC! She was later dismissed from HER PARTY and ultimately joined NRM….remember?
THIRD: Mao relinquishes DP Leadership to Mbidde, or Hon. Sebamala……and becomes an NRM-leaning INDEPENDENT Member of Parliament There is a 4th; this, I will keep to myself for now;
