The Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) Church has reached consensus with the government to allow members of SDA denomination to conduct nationwide cleaning activities on every last Sunday of the month instead of Saturday.
Led by Archbishop Samuel Kajoba, the SDA leaders agreed to open worship centres after the cleaning activities at 10:00 a.m. every last Saturday of the month, which is the official national cleaning day.

They communicated their consensus with Government this evening at a meeting with the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja and the Deputy Secretary General of the NRM ROse Namayanja.
