Photos: 20 confirmed dead in Fort Portal bus accident

20 people have been confirmed dead following an accident this morning at Sebitoli in Fort Portal city.
The accident (at 10am this morning) involved a bus (UBA 003S) belonging to Link Bus company that was heading to Kampaa from Fort Portal.
Traffic and Road Safety Spokesperson Faridah Nampiima says 20 people have been confirmed dead and their bodies taken to Buhinga hospital for postmotem.
“So far 20 people have been confirmed dead, out of whom thirteen are adults while 7 are juveniles. Out of the twenty, 11 are male and nine are female. Their particulars will be availed in due course,” Nampiima said.
