Farm workers have killed their employer, Yudah Kyayade, 47.

The incident occurred this morning at Namakofu village, Bububi parish, Zirobwe sub-county, Luwero district.

Preliminary findings indicate that Kyayagade, a resident of Zirobwe Town Council in Luwero district, was murdered by his workers at his farm at Namakofu village, Bububi parish  in Zirobwe sub-county, Luwero district, and it’s alleged that they were demanding him salaries for a period of time. 

Regional Police Spokesperson Sam Twiineamazima confirmed the incident.

He said that the body was conveyed to Mulago City Mortuary for a postmortem examination.

“No arrests were made, but the hunt for the assailants has kicked off,” he said.
